Steps to make Pasta And Noodles Challenge:
- Prepare your ingredients in advance. Wash and peel them, cut in pieces, make paste out of garlic and ginger. I boil my meat to make it tender.
- In a saucepan, fry the onions in hot Cooking oil till alil sautéed. Add the garlic ginger paste. Dont let it burn. Add the tomatoes. Mash alil and let it simmer.
- Add meat. Mix together. Let it simmer. Add a teaspoon of tomatoe paste and stir.
- Once incorporated. Add the diced potatoes and carrots. Add alil water so as not to stick to pan. Let it cook.
- Meanwhile let's make the pasta. Measure some clean water in a saucepan. Cut the pasta to small but not so small pieces.
- Once the water is boiled. Add cooking oil and alil salt. Place the spaghetti in the saucepan. Stir and let it cook.
- Check your beef mixture and dont let it burn. Adjust seasoning to your liking. Check if the potatoes are ready. Once good to your preference remove from the heat. Sprinkle some coriander on top for garnish.
- Check the pasta. Once ready, I like to drain it through cold water to make it soft. Place in a hotpot.
- Ready to eat.
