- Serve with the grated cheese and the crispy pancetta on the top!
Spoon half the pasta into a gratin dish and spoon over half the ricotta mix. Top with the remaining pasta and dollop over spoonfuls of the remaining ricotta. Grind over some black pepper before serving. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir well and season with some pepper.
